Everything a product needs, under one roof

Not a feature list — a real range. One studio takes your idea from first sketch to live in both app stores, and keeps it running after.

Mobile apps

Flutter — one codebase, compiled natively for iOS and Android, submitted and approved on both stores. We handle the accounts, the review process and the rejections.

FlutteriOSAndroid

Websites, web apps & dashboards

Marketing sites that load fast and rank, booking systems that fill calendars, dashboards that replace the spreadsheet nobody wants to own, and client portals that end the "can you resend that?" emails.

ReactNext.jsPortalsBooking

AI that earns its keep

Chatbots trained on your own content, invoice & document processing, smart search, automated replies — wired into products you already run.

ClaudeOpenAIOCR

E-commerce

Full cart, checkout, payments and inventory — not a themed template with a buy button.

StripeInventory

Backends & infrastructure

Firebase, authentication, databases, REST APIs, push notifications and analytics — the plumbing done properly, so the product on top never leaks.

FirebaseAuthAPIsPushAnalytics

Automation

The manual admin that eats your week — booking, scheduling, reporting, data entry — done by software instead.

WorkflowsReports

After launch, we stay

Ongoing maintenance, updates and store compliance — the platforms underneath your product keep changing; we keep it working. Optional after your 30 free days, priced plainly.

Standby Dental

2026

Every day, dental practices lose money to last-minute cancellations — an empty chair still costs staff, rent and time. Standby Dental fixes that end to end: when a slot is cancelled, the practice posts it in one tap, and nearby patients on the standby list get an instant push notification. The patient opens the app, sees the time, distance and price, and books and pays in seconds with Apple Pay, Google Pay or card — no phone call, no deposit chasing, the slot is secured the moment payment clears.

Practices get their own dashboard: post open slots, set prices, manage the standby list, and watch cancelled chair time turn back into revenue — with automated reminders that keep the new booking from becoming the next cancellation. Patients who would otherwise wait weeks get seen today.

Kerbside

2026

Driver app with routes and photo proof-of-delivery, plus a dispatch dashboard — replacing WhatsApp-and-spreadsheet dispatch. Missed-delivery disputes dropped to near zero.

ValueSwitch

2025

Comparison and switching platform: it reads what a customer currently pays, finds the better tariff, and handles the switch end-to-end — forms, notice, confirmation — with no re-typing and no chasing.

03 · The difference

Why clients choose us — and stay

No agency theatre. Plain promises, kept in writing.

Direct

You talk to the builders

You talk directly to the team building your product. No account managers, no sales layer, no work handed off, no outsourcing. The people who quote the job write the code and ship the release.

Fixed price

Agreed before we start

The price is fixed in writing before work begins and it does not move. No hourly billing, no meter running, no surprise invoices.

12 months

Payments that respect cash flow

Payment splits across milestones — and for larger builds, spread over up to 12 months with no large deposit. Cash flow is never the reason a good project stalls.

4–10 wks

Weeks, not months

Most builds go live in four to ten weeks, with a working demo in your hands every week in between — you watch it become real.

100%

You own everything

Source code, GitHub repo, Firebase project, App Store and Play accounts, your domain — all registered in your name from day one. Never held hostage in ours.

30 days

Free fixes after launch

Anything broken in the first month, we repair at no charge. After that, support is optional — plenty of clients keep the keys and run it themselves.

Shipped.

Real products in real stores

We don't sell mockups. Working software you can tap, demos you can break, releases you can download. If it isn't running, we don't call it done.

04 · How it works

Six steps, no mystery

Honest about what happens — and what we need from you — at every stage.

01

Free call

Thirty minutes. You describe the problem; we tell you honestly whether software fixes it, roughly what it costs, and whether we're the right people. If we're not, we'll say so and point you somewhere better.

You bring — the problem, in your own words. No spec needed.

02

Fixed quote & timeline

Within days: a written scope, a fixed price and a delivery date. Nothing starts until you've agreed all three, and the price you agree is the price you pay.

You bring — a decision. Yes, no, or questions.

03

Design approval

You see and approve every screen before a line of production code is written. Changes at this stage are cheap — that's exactly why this stage exists.

You bring — honest reactions, within a few days of each round.

04

Build, with weekly demos

Every week you get a working demo of the actual product — on your phone, in your browser — not a progress report. You always know exactly where the build stands, because you're holding it.

You bring — content when we ask: logos, text, product data.

05

Launch

We handle store submission, review, hosting and go-live — under accounts registered in your name. Launch day is a checklist we've run before, not an adventure.

You bring — a go decision, and about an hour for handover.

06

30 days of free fixes

For a month after launch, anything that breaks gets fixed at no cost. Then you choose: an ongoing support plan, or full independence — everything is yours either way.

You bring — bug reports, however scrappy. Screenshots welcome.

05 · Straight answers

Questions clients actually ask

The real objections, answered without hedging.

Then we change it — that's what the design-approval stage is for. You see every screen before production code is written, and we iterate until you'd be proud to show it. Nothing gets built on a design you haven't signed off, so "I hate it" at launch simply can't happen.

You do — entirely, from day one. The GitHub repository, the Firebase project, the store accounts and the domain are all registered in your name, and it says so in the contract. If we disappeared tomorrow, any competent developer could pick up exactly where we left off.

Typically small, and we itemise them in your quote: hosting is often £0–20 a month at normal traffic, a domain about £10–15 a year, and the stores charge Apple's $99/year plus Google's one-off $25. AI features add usage-based API costs, which we estimate for your volumes before you commit.

In the first 30 days, fixes are free. After that, small changes are quoted individually at a fixed price like everything else, and bigger evolutions become a new scoped milestone — or take a monthly support plan and stop thinking about it. Since you own the code, you're free to take changes anywhere; most people stay because we're fast and we already know the codebase.

That's usually the smart way to do it. Launch the core — the one feature your business actually needs — then add from real usage rather than guesses. We architect phase one so phase two bolts on instead of requiring a rebuild.
